Each one-time report (Drenner Group, State of Austin Land Use quarterly, DB-90 at Two Years, future firm reports) is sold under a single-buyer license. The product is a downloadable PDF (and, where bundled, an Excel appendix) delivered by email after purchase.
Refund window: 7 days from the time the report was delivered to you.
Conditions:
To request a refund: email info@bytecraftresults.com within 7 days of receipt. State the order ID and a brief reason. We do not require detailed justification — the goal is to make wrong-fit purchases costless to walk away from.
All subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation.
Within 30 days: full refund, no questions. Email info@bytecraftresults.com stating the subscription ID and "request refund." The refund is processed through PayPal within 1-2 business days; access is removed at the same time.
After 30 days: the annual charge is non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time directly inside PayPal (Account → Settings → Subscriptions). The cancellation prevents the next annual charge while leaving current-cycle access in place through the renewal date.
Mid-cycle downgrade: the change takes effect at the next renewal at the new tier's price. The current cycle continues at the higher tier.
Mid-cycle upgrade: the new tier activates immediately. A pro-rated charge covers the remainder of the current cycle at the new tier.
The first 30 days of each new tier (Pro launches June 18, 2026; Predictor opens July 2026) carry an explicit no-questions guarantee. If the product is not earning its keep in the first month, the refund is granted and the relationship is preserved — paid subscribers who refund inside 30 days continue to receive the free weekly brief.
If a refund request is not resolved by direct email within 5 business days, the buyer may file a dispute through PayPal's resolution center. ADW is committed to honoring legitimate refund requests within the stated windows; the PayPal escalation exists as a backstop, not as the first step.
